Why is this role important?

The Talent Management arm of PSI is growing. Two large recent acqusitions (Cubiks and Caliper) have broadened our footprint, client portfolio and offering, and with that – our growth plans. To help achieve PSI Talent Management’s ambitious global growth plans, we are creating a new role for a Demand Generation Manager responsible for our Nordics region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland). Working across these four markets, the Demand Generation Manager will work within the Global Talent Managment Marketing Team that is comprised of Demand Generation Managers for each of PSI’s five regions, and a Product Marketing team.  Your ultimate responsibility will be to generate and nurture leads for the Nordics Talent Managment business using both digital marketing and more traditional (physical) marketing and inbound strategies.

Meticulous about deadlines and details - You like setting your own deadlines and meeting them without sacrificing the quality of your work product. You have a strong eye-for-detail  are able to send perfect campaigns without multiple reviews and reliance on sign-off.

Love to analyse – You love to explore data. Client/prospect data, AdPro data, Search data etc to identify campaign successes and failures and of course keep a close eye on trends, themes and content cravings within the market. You understand that data and continuous learning supports your development of optimum marketing and sales messaging and content for website copy, CTAs, advertising, nurture campaigns and sales emails to generate both an increase in the quantity and quality of leads into the business.

 

Core responsibilities

 

Based in one of our Nordic offices in either Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki or Oslo you will work closely with the four Nordics Country Managers and Sales teams, along with your Global Marketing team. In this role you will ultimately be accountable for creating leads that you nurture to MQLs ahead of hand-off to your Sales/Consulting teams for further lead qualification. Within this role you will:

  1. Manage your budget to design and deliver lead-generating N2N and N2E marketing campaigns (content, advertising & promotion, events and sponsorships, Account Based Marketing etc)
  2. Develop a deep understanding your market needs through analytics and by gaining insights from your four Country Managers, Sales leads, and Consulting team members who speak with clients and prospects directly
  3. Work with HubSpot and Salesforce to generate, nurture and report on lead acqusition, flow and conversion  
  4. Embed yourself within your teams and understand stakeholder requirements and regularly report back on success metrics, marketing strategy and lead development
  5. Utilise MarTech and your network of Regional Demand Generation Managers, the PSI Product Marketing Team and the Corporate Marketing teams (web design, creative services, social and PR) to make the biggest impact within your region
  6. Ensure any central content from the Product Marketing team is highly specific and relevant to the Nordic market (this will include the management of translation agencies where required) 

Role requirements

 

  • Experience & Academic Studies - You have over 4 years’ experience in lead generation  marketing within a service-based company, ideally within the Talent Management / HR field. You have earnt an academic degree in marketing, business, technology or communications.

  • Created Integrated Marketing campaigns – You’ve developed broad integrated Marketing programs leveraging digital marketing, event & tradeshow management, ABM, third party advertising, sponsorships and affiliations.

  • Digital marketing – You’ve experience creating lead-generating web content and analysing and optimising webpages in line with market insight). You have either managed individually, or by harnessing agency support, the creation of lead-generating LinkedIn, SEA and PPC campaigns. Once leads are captured, you’ve experience nurturing them ahead of sales hand-off via automated email flows.

  • Proven collaborator – You have worked closely with Senior Leaders, Sales, Account Management and Subject Matter Experts to develop demand and lead generating campaigns, both off and online.

  • Content creation and dissemination – You enjoy content creation as part of your role and have experience in spotting ‘content gaps’ in the market to ensure the company develops relevant and demanded content that positions PSI as thought leaders and helps generate and nurture leads.

  • Used data to access effectiveness and feedback to the business – You’ve collected, monitored and analysed marketing metrics to understand campaign success, and report back to stakeholders on success metrics and ROI. 

  • Strong Language skills – English will be the working language for this role. However, you additionally master one or more Nordic languages.
